The benefits of our innovative combination - the 2+ EnoPark principles
We plan, finance and build PV carports on your parking lot
With PV carports, your company uses previously untapped capacities for local power generation. The generated solar power can be purchased cheaper than grid power and makes energy costs predictable in the long term.
Predictable arrival including charging option as a noticeable comfort advantage
Guests can make a binding reservation for their parking space, including a charging station, before they arrive – directly via existing booking portals or processes, without any additional app. This way, they know before departure that a suitable parking space is available and that their vehicle can be reliably charged during their stay if needed.
A clear sign before the eyes of your guests
Visible and measurable sustainability PV carports make sustainability tangible directly on site: highly visible, measurable through locally generated solar power, and visible to guests daily. Customers interact directly with the solution – when parking, charging, and arriving.
This is what a project with us looks like
You don't have to worry about anything - we cover as many parking spaces as you want with PV and supply sustainable, affordable PV electricity for the next 25 years. And the best part? Over the contract term we continuously reduce the electricity price.

1. Potential Analysis & Planning
2. Realization & Construction

Our software can do everything, except park itself
Thanks to our system, your visitors can easily reserve a parking space (optionally with a charging station) in advance – ideally located right at the entrance and protected from sun and rain thanks to the carports. Reservation, on-site control and the management dashboard work together seamlessly in one system, keeping the process simple for guests and controllable for operators. An additional app for guests is not required, as our system is integrated directly into your existing booking systems.
Reservable Charging & Parking
Guests reserve covered parking spaces and charging stations directly within the normal ticket or room booking process.
On-Site Control System
Cameras, LEDs, and targeted charging station activation ensure that reservations work on site without effort for guests and operators.
Clear Management Dashboard
Operators see occupancy, reservations, and utilization in real time.
The Color Code
Our intelligent camera system detects the occupancy status of each parking space in real time and controls the LED displays on site. This ensures your guests find the right spot immediately.
All four spaces are currently free. There is no reservation. To signal to visitors that spaces are freely available, all LEDs glow green.
A reservation exists. Our system has assigned space 2 to it. To signal to visitors that this space has already been reserved, the LEDs glow blue.
A visitor has occupied a space not reserved by them. Due to
insufficient capacity, there is no possibility to reassign the reservation to another space.
To signal to the wrongly parked driver that they cannot stay, the LEDs flash
red.
(Can be supplemented with an acoustic
signal).

Frequently Asked Questions
What is EnoPark?
EnoPark is an integrated solution for comfort parking at tourist locations. We combine PV carports with a digital reservation solution for parking and charging spaces. This allows operators to offer their guests a predictable arrival, guaranteed spaces, and reliable charging, while using their parking areas more economically, generating solar power, and creating additional revenue – without own investment costs.
Who is EnoPark suitable for?
EnoPark is suitable for hotels, leisure facilities, thermal baths, mountain railways, airports, train stations, municipalities, and other locations with relevant parking areas. EnoPark is particularly suitable for operators who want to enable a predictable and comfortable arrival for their guests, make better use of parking and charging spaces, reduce electricity costs, and demonstrate visible sustainability – without having to invest in new infrastructure themselves.
What problem does EnoPark solve?
EnoPark solves two central problems of tourist locations: On one hand, operators are under pressure from high commercial electricity prices and rising energy costs, while large parking areas have often remained unused for local solar power generation because pure PV carport projects are economically difficult to realize. On the other hand, high visitor numbers, parking space scarcity, and the growing share of electric vehicles create new demands for a predictable arrival: guests want to know before arrival whether a parking space or charging spot is available. Viewed individually, these are two different challenges – viewed together, they create a major opportunity: parking areas can generate energy, create additional revenue, and make the arrival for guests significantly more comfortable at the same time.
Do guests need an additional app?
No. EnoPark is integrated into existing booking processes, portals, or digital guest communication. Guests can reserve a parking space or charging station directly within the familiar process, without having to download a separate app.
Can charging stations also be reserved?
Yes. With EnoPark, guests can reserve not only a parking space but also an available charging option in advance. This creates planning security for EV drivers and helps operators to better utilize and monetize their charging infrastructure.
Does EnoPark also work without PV carports?
Yes. The booking system for parking spaces and charging points can be used entirely independently of solar carports. The solution has a modular design and makes sense even without structural infrastructure measures – for example, to better manage existing parking spaces, make charging points more predictable and generate additional revenue through reservable premium parking spaces. PV carports can be added or retrofitted at a later date if they make economic, structural or strategic sense.
What do PV carports add?
PV carports generate solar power on existing parking spaces, protect vehicles from weather, and make sustainability visible. This allows operators to reduce electricity costs, support e-mobility, and offer their guests a higher-quality parking experience.
Does the operator have to invest themselves?
Not necessarily. In the full-stack model, PV carports can be implemented via EnoPark or financing partners, without the operator having to bear the investment costs themselves. The location uses the generated electricity via a long-term power purchase agreement and additionally benefits from digital parking and charging revenues.
How does the operator make money with EnoPark?
Operators can generate additional revenue through reservable comfort parking spaces, charging offers, and premium parking spaces. At the same time, PV carports can reduce electricity costs. This creates economic added value from an area that was previously often viewed only as necessary infrastructure.
How does a project with EnoPark start?
It begins with a site analysis. We examine the parking area, occupancy, guest groups, existing charging infrastructure, power consumption, and booking processes. From this, a concrete concept for software, reservation, potential PV carports, and the economic model is created.
